I baked way too much sweets recently. Thought it's about time to make savory pastries. I kneaded flaky pastry dough and fried chicken stuffing. I made a couple batches of chicken empanada. The dough turned out with a biscuit-like texture and it goes well with the stuffing. Yum yum!
