Sweets

 
Riding on my love for pastries and sweets, I entered culinary school. Now that I'm done with that phase.  I'm trying to develop a menu these days. Whipped up batches of chocolate white chocolate chunks cookies and chocolate-dipped cream puffs over the weekend to decide which one to add to the menu.

Ideal concept for my future cafe is whimsical that would match our cafe name, Circus tea party. I love the idea that part of a wall can be scribbled on, i.e. chalkboard.
